Town Launches News from Town Hall Online Newsletter

The Town of New Canaan Office of the First Selectman launched an online newsletter, News From Town Hall, on Feb. 28.

In a letter to readers in the first issue First Selectman Dionna Carlson wrote, “I am pleased to fulfill a campaign promise by launching this newsletter as a means to enhance transparency and communication between Town Hall and our community. It is my hope that this regular communication will provide you with valuable insight into the workings of your local government and offer you the opportunity to voice your feedback and concerns.

Each issue of News Form Town Hall will carry a personal letter from the First Selectman along with news of initiatives and special projects by various Town departments, governing boards, commissions, etc.

Carlson added, “I am eager to hear from you about the topics you would like to see covered in future newsletters. Your input will help shape the content and ensure that this newsletter remains relevant and informative to our community.
