Emergency Notifications
We have launched a new Emergency Notification service with Everbridge that allows us to alert you about emergency events and other local events such as road closures. The information you provide is protected and will not be used for any other purpose.
How It Works
When we issue a notification about a weather event or other emergency, you will receive a message on the voice or text communication methods for which you have registered. You can confirm that you have receive a message and you will not be contacted by any subsequent methods regarding that particular notification. If you do not confirm, the system will continue to attempt to reach you at all of the contact paths that you have registered.
Sign up for Notifications
If you are not already pre-registered with Everbridge, you can create an account and add your contact information into the Mass Notification system. All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. Use the link Create New Account on the right or click here.
You are encouraged to use your email address for your Username, unless it has an unacceptable character in which case we recommend you use your Last name and First initial for your Username.
Change/ Edit Your Information
You can change or edit your contact information at any time by logging into your account. Use the link Change/Edit Your Information on the right or click here.
