What We Do
Provide objective information and guidance to residents and applicants on matters regarding land use.
Review and process applications; administer and enforce Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.
Develop and maintain the Plan of Conservation and Development.
Provide formal and informal information, guidance and administrative support to members of the Planning and Zoning Commission on land use issues and permit applications.
Provide information, guidance and administrative support to members of the Zoning Board of Appeals on submitted requests for variance.
