The Town Council of the Town of New Canaan will hold an in-person/hybrid Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 77 Main Street or via Zoom (link below), to continue review and public discussion of project ideas and prioritization for $5.8M of federal grant dollars under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) to be received by New Canaan.
Public attendance and comments are encouraged.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to provide an opportunity to hear public comment and discussion from residents, volunteers, representatives of community organizations, non-profits and business owners on how funding may be appropriately allocated within the New Canaan community to address impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
