Death Certificates

Death Certificates are filed in the town of death as well as the town of residency. They are generally filed by the funeral director handling the funeral arrangements.

Certified copies can be obtained for a $20 fee at the Town Clerk's Office or through the mail by filling out a Death Cerificate Request
