Co-Ed Championship Point Play Tennis

Adult Co-Ed Championship Point Play 2020

A fast paced game that combines exercise and friendly competitive doubles play. Three teams compete to take over the "Champion's" side of the court. One team of two players is designated as the “champs” and go to one side of the court. The other players make two lines behind the baseline of the opposite side and are called the "challengers." The coach feeds the first challenging team a series of groundstrokes and volleys. If the challengers win a set number of points, they replace the “champs” on the other side of the court.  Players practice doubles situations, their strokes and its great cardio.
