Premium Employee Permits

The annual fee for Premium Business Parking Permits for the below listed lots are Effective July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024. This includes a 6.35% Connecticut State sales tax implemented on January 1, 2020.

Park Street Lot $465.81 - $438.00 plus 6.35% sales tax

Morse Court Lot $465.81 - $438.00 plus 6.35 sales tax.

Annual permit year starts July 1st and ends June 30th. If your business reaches the top of any permit waiting list during the fiscal year, a pro-rated fee is applied.

There are currently a waiting lists for our Premium Business permit lots. If you are interested in a permit in the Park Street or Morse Court lot please contact the Parking Bureau to put your name on a waiting list. 

The Parking Bureau notifies businesses chronologically (by phone or email) according to their entry date when your name is reached on a wait list. A parking application needs to be filled out and (current) copies of registrations of vehicle(s) listed on the application are required.
