Public Swimming Pools
New Canaan Health Department inspects all public pools annually to make sure they conform to the requirements set forth in the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act. These inspections are conducted in accordance with Section 19-13-B33b of the Connecticut Public Health Code. The cost is $400 per pool.
