Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Special Meeting on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Town Hall as follows:

1. Discussion and feedback public forum on the proposed changes to the June 18, 2005 Zoning Regulations.

2. Possible adoption of the comprehensively reorganized and revised zoning regulations.

A complete copy of the proposed changes, dated March 7, 2007, is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, the Planning and Zoning Department, the Town’s website: www.newcanaan.info and the New Canaan Library.

Interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
