The New Canaan Family Fourth Committee is planning the 2006 Family Fourth Celebration. This year the celebration will be held on Tuesday, July 4th, 2006 (Rain date Sunday, July 9th). The gates to Waveny Park will open at 5:00 PM. Events will include Children’s Games (5:30-8:30), Skydivers (7:00) and patriotic music provided by the Town Band followed by a spectacular fireworks display. Soda and ice cream will be available for sale, and don’t forget to bring your picnic supper!!
