SCHEDULE OF FEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, the Board of Selectmen, at its regular meeting of March 16, 2010 approved the following Road Opening Permit fees effective May 1, 2010
- Range One – Any road which has been resurfaced within the last two years: The fee would equal the square footage of the road opening or utility trench times 1.50 (pavement damage factor) times 1.15 (administration fee) times the current contract unit bid price.
- Range Two - Any road which has been resurfaced within the last two
to five years: The fee would equal the square footage of the road opening or utility trench times 1.25 (pavement damage factor) times 1.15 (administration fee) times the current contract unit bid price.
- Range Three – Any road which has not been resurfaced within the
past five years: The fee would equal the square footage of the road opening or utility trench times 1.00 (pavement damage factor) times 1.15 (administration fee) times the current contract unit bid price.
