To pay your Parking Fine using either Internet online banking or pay-by-phone banking, you should establish the Town as a vendor or merchant at your bank. Most banks allow their customers to add a vendor and pay at the same time. Check with your bank to see if it needs time to confirm a new vendor. Make sure you allow enough time when paying your Parking Fine on-line.  Most banks generate payments using processing centers in other parts of the country.

Credit Card Payments

Through this Web site, you may pay outstanding parking fines by credit card over the Internet. Payments may be made 24 hours a day. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are all accepted for payment. For security purposes, the transaction will take place on a secure Web site hosted by Verisign.

You may also query the system to see if there are any tickets with outstanding balances. You can look up parking fines by ticket, notice or license plate number. Note that ticket information may not be immediately available for inquiry and/or payment if it has not yet been entered into our system.

In order to recover the costs of credit card processing, a convenience fee will be added to the amount of the parking fine payment. The convenience fee will be calculated based upon the amount of the payment.

If you experience difficulties with this site and to avoid possible late payment penalties, parking fines may be paid in cash or by check, by mail or in person at the office of the Parking Bureau in the lower level of Town Hall.
